| Thu, Sep 26 | All Exhibitor Forms other than poultry, rabbit and horse | Entry deadline for forms for all exhibits must be sent to the Fair Secretary. |
| Tue, Oct 1 | Rabbit Entry Forms | Early deadline for rabbit entries |
| Tue, Oct 1 | Horse Show Entry Forms | Pre-entry deadline. |
| Tue, Oct 1 6:30pm | Tag Night | Tag night will be held at the Harwinton Town Library |
| Wed, Oct 2 6:30pm | Tag Night | Final tag night will be held at the Harwinton Town Library |
| Fri, Oct 4 6pm - 8pm | Tag Pickup | Tags for exhibitors can be picked up at the Secretary's office at the fairgrounds. This is for pickup only. Items cannot be brought into the buildings until Friday evening. |
| Sat, Oct 5 6pm - 8pm | Tag Pickup | Tags for exhibitors can be picked up at the Secretary's office at the fairgrounds. Items can be placed in building at this time. |
| Sun, Oct 6 until 9:15am | Tag Pickup | Tags for exhibitors can be picked up at the Secretary's office at the fairgrounds. Items must be placed in buildings by 9:30am |
